Review by hotel critic
Victoria Inn ReviewAs a marine biologist with a profound appreciation for the serene beauty of our planet, my recent stay at Victoria Inn was a refreshing experience in the heart of Kowloon. Convenience is a significant asset here, with shopping centers and a MRT station just moments away, perfect for those who wish to explore. The accommodations were well-maintained, featuring essential amenities like air conditioning and a refrigerator-necessary for any traveler. While the rooms may lean toward the compact side, the comfort they provided was commendable, particularly after long days of exploration. The hotel's cleanliness and housekeeping standards were consistently met, ensuring a pleasant environment throughout my stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall warmth of the hotel. Special thanks to Linda and the two gentlemen at the front desk for their assistance during my journey. Although the soundproofing could be improved, the tranquil courtyard view more than made up for it, making for restful nights. In summary, Victoria Inn strikes a fine balance between financial wisdom and comfort, offering great value for anyone seeking to discover the vibrant essence of Hong Kong.
